Shipping Policy

This document provides a reusable version of the shipping policy for website implementation and business operations.

  • Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary based on manufacturer availability, freight carrier scheduling, weather conditions, and regional access limitations.
  • Most orders ship on pallets and are delivered curbside only. Delivery inside homes, garages, buildings, rooftops, or jobsites is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks and semi-trailers. Additional carrier fees may apply for limited-access locations, redelivery requests, liftgate service, storage, or missed delivery appointments.
  • Customers must inspect all shipments upon arrival and report visible damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once an order has shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for outbound and return freight charges if the shipment is refused, returned, or rerouted.
  • Sample orders may ship separately and may require additional processing time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, severe weather, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, or events outside our control.

    Refund & Return Policy

    This document provides a reusable version of the refund & return policy for website implementation and business operations.

    • Returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
    • All returned products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging suitable for resale.
    • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.
    • Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at management discretion.
    • A restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise.
    • Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our error.
    • Custom orders, special-order products, clearance items, opened insulation bags, and damaged products are non-returnable.
    • Customers must inspect deliveries immediately and report shipping damage or shortages within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Refunds may be reduced for refused shipments, storage charges, carrier fees, or products returned in non-resalable condition.
